Greetings from My Job Option!!

My Job Option is an initiative of Emerge Group. It is an online Job portal exclusively for MBA, Engineering and Graduates who are looking for their first breakthrough. It connects companies and colleges through an online recruitment platform thus maximizing job opportunities for students. We help the institutes in a manner that provides them with more and more opportunities for the students.

Though we are a job portal yet we are different from other job portals. Our vision is to be able to provide many value added services to the educational Institutions and students. With regard to this we are working on a large amount of researched content that would help the visitors who come on our site to be able to make career choices.
My Job Option is now providing an opportunity to the students to work with us on this initiative for our Portal. This includes meeting prospective clients and building relations with the clients.We would provide the students with all the information needed and would also be mentoring them on a constant basis.
What does an Intern do? (Roles and responsibilities)
Acts as a brand ambassador at all times
Builds and maintains professional relationships with clients .
Promotes Emerge Group products and solutions with prospective clients.
Carry out marketing efforts for the product
Drive the sales and generate revenues.
Work in teams to drive targets
Generate reports and present the same in the weekly reviews.
Keep the management appraised of the activities at all points in time.
Interns “must haves” (Desired profile)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage college workload and the job with responsibility and reliability
Self Confidence and enthusiasm
A positive and pro-active nature
Ability to solve problems and manage deadlines

Hands on Project experience.
Gets to write his/her own Pay Check, with no cap to his/her earnings.
Opportunity to get absorbed in the company depending on the performance.
Candidates who would outperform will be given an offer of 5 Lakh per annum.
Internship Certificate after completion of the project.
Way Forward:
1.    Students? acceptance of the offer of internship. (we would mail separate letters of offer for internship which would have to signed and sent back to us)
2.    We would speak to them on a one to one basis to assign them the tasks.
3.    The formats and templates to initiate the task would be provided.
4.    Students to give a daily update on the tasks carried out.
5.    They would be mentored on a constant basis for the project.
