The Organization was founded by Ronald Dsouza a Successful Management Coach and Trainer with 9+ years in training and course development: delivering training, designing and writing courses, leading teams of trainers, and directing enterprise initiatives.

Ronald has a proven track record of significant improvements in learning processes, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while reducing costs, lowering turnover, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Dynamic leader, strategic thinker and decision-maker. Expertise includes: Design/Delivery of Training. Six years in Leadership roles for two corporations, both recognized for excellence in their field.

Shruti. K – Operations Head 

An Education Management Professional having over 9 years of experience working with Schools and colleges. Handled the corporate tied training programs for colleges and worked on corporate and external relations for the Institutes.
